SOBRE O GRUPO - About the group

O Grupo de Pesquisa em Recursos Nutricionais e Bioativos do Cerrado tem por objetivos: a) Investigar o valor nutricional e o potencial bioativo de frutos nativos do Cerrado e seus subprodutos; b) Avaliar os potenciais prebiótico e probiótico dos frutos nativos do Cerrado e seus subprodutos; c) Agregar valor aos frutos nativos do Cerrado, e contribuir para o aproveitamento sustentável de subprodutos desses frutos.

The objectives of the Research Group on Nutritional and Bioactive Resources of the Cerrado are: a) To investigate the nutritional value and bioactive potential of native fruits of Cerrado and its by-products; b) To evaluate the prebiotic and probiotic potentials of the native fruits of the Cerrado and its by-products; c) Add value to the native fruits of the Cerrado, and contribute to the sustainable use of by-products of these fruits.
